1. The above quotations are based on the uniform pricing method in the translation industry, calculated per 1,000 Chinese characters. 2. The character count is based on the number displayed in Chinese Word via "Toolbar - Word Count - 'Character Count' - Excluding Spaces". 3. For documents exceeding 10,000 Chinese characters, to protect clients' interests, we offer a 500-character trial translation first. Once clients approve our translation quality, we will proceed to sign the agreement. 4. Prices for specialized or urgent documents will be negotiated based on the above rates for general documents. |

III. The price for website localization is negotiable.

Remarks: :
1. Translations involving Chinese characters shall be calculated based on the number of Chinese characters. For Chinese-to-foreign language translations, the count is based on the number of Chinese characters in the original text; for foreign-to-Chinese translations, the count is based on the word count of the translated text as shown in the "Word Count" tool in WORD. For translations between two foreign languages, the count is calculated by multiplying the "Word Count" (from WORD's "Word Count" tool) by 2. Since this software does not count text in images, such text shall be calculated separately.
2． Interpretation services exceeding 8 hours per day shall be subject to overtime pay, which shall be paid in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national Labor Law.
3． For local interpretation services, clients are not required to provide accommodation, meals or transportation expenses.
4．For out-of-town interpretation services, clients shall provide accommodation, meals and transportation expenses, and purchase personal accident insurance for our assigned interpreters. This can be entrusted to us for handling on the client's behalf.
